EthicsChandler Bay Resources, Inc. offers two very distinct trainings that will allow you to explore your own ethical dilemmas: Ethical Issues in Counseling Practice and Ethical Issues in Clinical Supervision. Ethics workshops, required by all Licensed Counseling Professionals, are a wonderful way to explore your ethical decision making models and boundaries. National studies have shown that the more we openly discuss ethical dilemmas, the less likely we are to venture into unsafe waters. Making minute to minute ethical decisions requires the ability to think ahead while remaining present with the clients best interest. These trainings are a creative opportunity for participants to discover different ways to be more comfortable making difficult ethical decisions in day to day counseling practices. CBR will help professionals explore how to effectively evaluate decision making while at the same time have fun sharing with other professionals.
